Noida Authority has moved a step ahead by launching the system of online delivery for services in December. This service is launched for the 16,300 industrial, institutional and commercial properties of the authority. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Noida and Greater Noida, Deepak Agarwal said that soon all the certificates and the documents that are issued by the Noida and Greater Noida authorities will be verifiable. To make them look more authentic, all these online generated documents will have the unique bar code number as well as the digital signature.
As per the officials, the CEO has asked his team to implement the same within a time period of one week. Moreover, an intensive training program has also started for the staff who will be involved in these services at both Authorities. Anyone would be able to verify the documents that are issued online by visiting the respective website. Mr. Agarwal also said that the aim of implementing this move is to make sure that the transparency and speed prevails.
Once this online facility comes into action, allottees will be among the most benefitted as they won’t have to visit any of the authority anymore. The work will therefore, be done from anywhere. The services that will be available to the allottees include permissions for mortgage, transfer memorandum, mutation of land, lease rent deposit, completion and functional certificates and water bill payments. All these services will be made accessible through the site of Noida and Greater Noida authority.
Agarwal claimed that these online services will ease the way of doing business in both the cities. Moreover, the act of approving the building interface and plans with each allottee will become straightforward and faster. He also said that the plan to go completely digital, is worked upon and manual processes and applications will be put away apart from providing one window access to the services and information.
