A MoU has been signed between SBI and CREDAI under which efforts will be done jointly to carry out various efforts for the initiative, ‘Housing for All’ in the next 3 years. Each of the organization will hold their own impact and work together to benefit the sector and the customers at a very large extent.
The MD of SBI, Mr. Rajnish Kumar said that they find many synergies while working with CREDAI. Moreover, both of them have a common aim of making it possible for every Indian to own a Home of their own.
As per the MoU, SBI will act as the national partner for every activity of CREDAI and also both will work jointly for different marketing activities such as seminars, conclaves, campaigns, exhibitions and CSR activities. CREDAI is the highest real estate corporation in the nation that has nearly 11,500 members.
The President of CREDAI, Geetambar Anand said that the MOU between CREDAI and SBI has only one notion which intends to mobilize the reach of the largest bank in India and credibility of CREDAI members. This will help in serving both the agendas of providing construction finance requirements and home loans to the real estate sector. He further said that the availability of finance at cheaper rates would aid in fulfilling the aim of CREDAI of providing more affordable housing.
