Noida’s mall included in CBRE list for attracting and retaining shoppers

The CBRE’s list of twenty-two excellent retail projects has included the shopping mall of realty major DLF Ltd. The reason behind this inclusion is that it has created an environment that attracts shoppers and helps in retaining them.

Opened in April last year, this mall was opened in a vast area of 2 million sq ft area in Noida city which was claimed to be one among the biggest malls in the whole nation and was built after investing Rs 1,800 crore.

The firm is anticipating nearly Rs 225 crore income per year via rent from the mall which houses 330 brands.

In a statement released by DLF, they said that the DLF Mall of India has proved its mettle yet again as it has been included in the elite list of 22 best retail projects in the entire globe for “Retail and Placemaking”.

The report issued by CBRE puts a spotlight on the twenty-two international retail projects that illustrate the distinguished methods through which the retail owners and occupants are developing a unique customer experience.

These elite properties were selected by the Global property consultant CBRE on the basis of their global stature as retail places that excellently welcomed and retained visitors.

Again, the report claims to define the role of retail in the increasing trend of placemaking when the retail centers all over the globe intend to promote an environment that lures shoppers and hold them against the expanding culture of online shopping.
