According to reports, Golf Course Road, MG Road, Delhi-Gurugram expressway, and Sohna road categorized as a separate circle with similar rates.
After four years of prolonging gap, the circle rates are to be revised by the district administration in Gurugram from Monday, February 12th. Due to the downturn in Real Estate, from the year 2014-16, the circle rates never changed before being reduced by 5-10% from the last two years. As now, the administration has indicated to revise the circle rates it brings the hope for the revival of the sector.
The circle rates differ for every area, sector, or colony so they have divided the city into different areas. Golf Course Road, MG Road, Delhi-Gurugram Expressway, and Sohna Road among all the sectors these have been categorized as a separate circle with similar rates. The circle rates of commercial properties, residential flats, and independent floors have also increased.
