Ample greeneries are sprinkled in the towers to enhance the positive vibes in the work stations. The structures are in lines of climatic responsiveness and the architecture focuses on using efficient construction materials and modern technologies.
The entire complex is earthquake resistant and also well equipped by services like power/water back up, fire fighting systems and air conditioning using VFD technology. The mixed use development shall be prepared in less maintenance module. The venture shall incorporate office spaces, business suites, premium offices, incubation center, convention center, expo rooms, auditorium, gallery, training center and much more for the aspiring business world.
Sector 90 is in the middle of the most upcoming areas of Noida. The complex shares its close proximity to Yamuna Expressway, FNG Expressway and Noida Expressway. The project will emerge as the central district for the largest residential catchment area of Noida Expressway. The second largest IT service provider Infosys is setting up 27 acres campus just adjacent to the project. The sector 137 metro station is also flanked to the other side of Alphathum Noida.
