Noida’s infrastructure is getting better by the day
Noida is a city like no other. The rapid pace at which Noida has emerged and developed has pleasantly surprised one and all. Noida is already a very well established employment, entertainment, education and medical destination but things are getting even better by the minute. The day when Noida will be the numero uno member of the elite NCR group is not far away. Noida is being fiercely forged into a city of the future and that’s why Noida is one of India’s premier real estate destinations. In the past few days itself many game changing improvements have been witnessed in the city.
Medanta hospital is a name known to one and all. Medanta has played a massive role in forging the millennium city of Gurgaon as NCRs most preferred medical hub. Patients from all over the globe flock towards Medanta for all their medical emergencies. But not many people know this but the super specialty hospital is making its way to Noida pretty soon as well. Medanta will very soon be at the receiving end of a gigantic piece of land, on which it will be able to build its premises very soon. Work is on to allot by 12th of May a whopping 18000 sq.meter of land in Noida sector 50 to Medanta. Noida Authority had invited bids for the land and Medanta was the highest bidder. The vibrant Noida authority is expected to garner a staggering 160 crores from the same, which in turn will be utilized to improve the infrastructure of city even further.
In another major development, the Noida authority is going all out to improve the commuting options available at the disposal of people. Apart from the new metro rail links, Noida authority is now gung ho about commencing pretty soon, state of the art tram services from sector 18 to all key locations of the city, including the fast developing Greater Noida. For the initial launch stage, 3 routes have been strategically chalked out which will make travelling within Noida a whole lot easier. Vaishali and Kaushambi links are being explored as well. This tram project will be on an ongoing basis and thus new routes will be strategically added as and when the need emerges and the routes become financially feasible.
Also, the residents of Noida simply love and adore the city, and that’s why they don’t hesitate even for a second before going all out to make Noida an even better place to live in. In one such instance, a staggering 50 retired army men will deployed throughout the city in a bid to assist the traffic police of the city. It is no secret that abiding by traffic rules is absolutely nonexistent in the city. Here driving on the wrong side is as acceptable as driving on the right side. A major cause of the same is the lack of traffic police deployed in the city. Thus hiring of these army men might bring the situation under control. It might bring in some much needed army discipline to the hapless roads of Noida as well.
So Noida is undoubtedly a global phenomenon which you should be proud to call your home. Noida is the place to be.
