Gr. Noida Authority launches online plot allotment scheme

“Interested investors who are looking for plots in Greater Noida can now apply online till September 15, 2016”

Greater Noida Authority has launched an online plot allotment scheme for industrial and institutional plots. This is the first time that the authority has introduced a plot allotment scheme on its online platform. The program aims to deliver hassle free services for prospective buyers who wish to buy plots in Greater Noida. Buyers who are interested in accruing lands for industrial and institutional purposes can now apply online on the website www.greaternoida.com from August 16, 2016 to September 15, 2016.

Plots for industrial purposes can be availed in the sizes of 450 sq meters, 2000 sq meter, 4000 sq meter according to the need of the investors. Plot sizes of 1000 sq meter and above are available for investors who are looking for institutional lands. The authority also has said that the interested investors can use Geographic Information System (GIS) can located the lands and finalize their decision to invest. On contrary, commercial plots are auctioned and residential plots are not allotted.
